Expression of Interest – Hosting a Women’s Bowls NSW State Event
To enable Women’s Bowls NSW to conduct the range of State based events that we promote each year for our membership, we seek the assistance and willingness of affiliated clubs to partner with us to host our events.
Below you will find the link to an Expression of Interest (EOI) form for clubs that maybe interested in hosting an event. We encourage committees to consider the contents, assess your club’s ability to host the event in accordance with the criteria on the application and if willing, to complete the EOI and return it to us. Closing date for applications is 6 March 2020. All applications will be kept confidential to Women’s Bowls NSW.
Once the EOI closing date has passed, each application will be considered, and all applicants will be advised of the status of their application in writing subject to the signing of a written agreement outlining the responsibilities of each party (the host and Women’s Bowls NSW). Whilst all the information that a club may require to make an informed decision to conduct the event is included upon the form, we encourage all member clubs should any questions remain unanswered or require clarification, to contact us on email@example.com and we will provide additional information.
Hosting a Women’s Bowls NSW event is a very rewarding and often lucrative initiative for most clubs and with Women’s Bowls NSW placing additional resources to the status, advertisement and coverage of State Events, the potential benefits to a club hosting a State event can be vast. There are no limits to the number of events or the location of the host club (subject to meeting the criteria) that may be applied for including if the club has held an event in the past. All applications will be considered on their merits.
With a range of State Events in 2021 and 2022, we encourage all clubs to take advantage of the opportunity and to consider submitting an EOI to host an event in the coming years.
