Night Of Champions
Do you know a worthy volunteer within our sport?
Then why not nominate someone for one of our many volunteer awards which are presented annually at our Night of Champions.
It’s simple to nominate and there is no limit on the number of nominations you send in.
Club Administrator of the Year
This award is based on nominations sent to Women’s Bowls NSW which extol the contributions of club-based volunteers in unpaid roles such as Club Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers or other committee members who give of their time and energy to make our sport viable and successful.
District Administrator of the Year
- This award is based on the merits of nominations sent to Women’s Bowls NSW which provide details of exceptional volunteer contributions at District level. Eligible nominees include District Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers, etc. who volunteer their time and energy for the successful running of a District.
Club Official of the Year
- This award is based on nominations received in relation to the outstanding contributions of a club official such as Club Coaches and Umpires. Nominees are unpaid volunteers who give back to our sport by donating their time and efforts to ensure that our sport is well run, fair and equitable for all.
Membership/Recruitment Drive of the Year
- This award is nominated by the membership and is presented to an affiliated member who has initiated and/or maintained successful efforts to recruit new bowling members to a NSW club during the past year.
New Bowler Encouragement Award:
- This award is for a player who has been affiliated with the Association for less than 3 years as at the 30/9/2019 and who has achieved success at State, Regional, District or Club level, in that order. It is designed to provide incentive and encouragement to that person to continue to excel in the sport.
